I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. I moved to the eastern shore six years ago and around that same time I fell in love with Real Estate! For the past six years I've been working in the real estate industry as a lead manager as well as a transaction coordinator. Which means I've seen it all starting with the client's first contact all the way through any scenario that could happen at the closing table. What made me fall in love with Real Estate though was the attainability of home ownership. Seeing people buy their first home when they thought it was simply a pipe dream, warmed my heart like nothing else. Seeing homeowners buy their first rental when they thought there primary would be there peak, is almost like watching generational wealth in the making. If you have a knowledgeable realtor backed by other competent professional the sky truly is the limit. Which is why I strive to always expand my knowledge of the industry and the market as well as surround myself with competent lenders, insurance agents, contractors, and brokers!
