Before starting my real estate career in 2002, I served in the U.S. Navy and then worked as an executive for the 3M corporation in New York City. When the market had a downturn in 2008, I became a certified "Short Sale Foreclosure Resource" expert (SFR) to help homeowners short sale their homes instead of being foreclosed on and good credits ruined. I am what you would call an active agent versus a passive agent. I prospect from 7:30 am to 11:30 am 4 days a week looking for buyers for my sellers' homes.
